Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of phieg.com (the “Site”), operated by Phieg Marketing Agency FZ-LLC (“Phieg”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, licence number 47019483. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes our real estate marketing services and lets you send us an enquiry. Nothing on the Site is an offer. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs any engagement between us.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry you confirm that the details are accurate, that you are at least 18, and that you are authorised to enquire on behalf of any company you name. How we handle the data you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false enquiries, or use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, PhiegCRM, or any related system.
• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or harms Phieg or third parties.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, the Phieg name and marks, and PhiegCRM are owned by Phieg or its licensors. You may view and share pages of the Site for your own reference; any other reproduction or commercial use needs our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Meta and Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Descriptions of our work on the Site are not a promise of the results any particular campaign will achieve.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phieg is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to AED 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute will first be raised with us in writing; if it is not resolved within 30 days, the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
