Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Phieg Marketing Agency FZ-LLC (“Phieg”, “we”, “us”) does with personal data when you visit phieg.com, send us an enquiry, or contact us on WhatsApp or email. We are a real estate marketing agency registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, and we are the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

What you give us

When you submit an enquiry form or message us, we collect what you enter:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your role and company, the market you sell in, and your advertising budget range.
• Anything you write in a message field or send us on WhatsApp.

What is collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, browser and device type, and IP address. Collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
• Campaign identifiers: UTM parameters and Meta or Google click identifiers attached to the link that brought you here, so we know which advert an enquiry came from.
• Error and performance reports through Sentry. A small sample of sessions may be replayed for debugging; form fields are masked in those replays.
• Server logs held by our hosting provider, Vercel.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a campaign plan for you.
• To keep a record of our conversation in our own CRM, PhiegCRM, where our team works.
• To measure and improve our advertising. When you submit an enquiry, we report a “lead” event to Meta using hashed (irreversibly encoded) versions of your email and phone number, so Meta can attribute the enquiry to the advert you clicked without receiving the plain values.
• To build advertising audiences of people who visited this site, via the Meta Pixel.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on our legitimate interest in running and measuring our business, and on legal obligations where they apply.

Who receives it

• PhiegCRM, our own customer relationship system, where enquiries are stored.
• Resend, which delivers enquiry notifications to our team by email.
• Meta Platforms (Pixel and Conversions API) and Google (Analytics) for measurement.
• Vercel (hosting) and Sentry (error monitoring), which process data on our behalf.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there, under WhatsApp’s own terms.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share enquiries with other agencies or developers. Some of these providers operate outside the UAE, including in the EU and the United States; each is bound by contractual terms to protect your data.

Cookies and tracking

The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics set cookies to recognise your browser across visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage advertising preferences in your Meta account settings. The site works without these cookies; only measurement is affected.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in PhiegCRM while we are in contact and for up to three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we need them to meet a legal obligation. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings, currently 14 months for Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@phieg.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, enquiries are transmitted to PhiegCRM over signed, authenticated requests, and access to PhiegCRM is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
